We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, with an estimated delivery aim of 2 working days. While Royal Mail is generally reliable, delivery times can occasionally be affected by delays outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

We also offer Evri delivery as an alternative option. Royal Mail is our preferred delivery service.

At the moment, we are unable to offer free international delivery. International shipping is available at an additional cost where offered at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, except for personalised name bandanas. As these items are custom-made specifically for your dog, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised name bandanas unless the item is faulty.

Return Conditions

1. Please contact us before sending any item back to request a return or exchange.
2. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
4. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
6. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
